the collection invitation suite
The collection invitation suite includes: 5 x 7 Invitation, A7 Euro Flap envelope (view envelope color options) with in-stock envelope liner, 4-bar Response card, 4-bar Response Envelope, and A2 Information/Details Card. Assembly is included, envelope addressing plus postage and mailing can be added for an additional cost.
THE collection PROCESS
STEP NO. 1: GETTING STARTED
View the collections and find the perfect design for your big day. All designs are customizable by color. Interested in more than one collection? The "Collection Plus" option allows you to combine elements of different collections into the perfect suite for you. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and pricing.
STEP NO. 2: ORDER A SAMPLE OR SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION
Samples are highly recommended so you get a visual feel for the color and paper options. The cost of a sample will be credited towards your total. Samples can be purchased in the shop. Local brides can schedule an in-person consultation to discuss your wedding stationery needs.
STEP NO. 3: FILL OUT AN ORDER FORM
When you're ready, send an email to email@example.com to get a customized quote of exactly what you need. Don't forget to fill out an order form. Once you chose your design, colors, and quantity, you'll receive a formal invoice specific to your needs, which also includes approval and payment dates, a timeline, and a digital proof within 2-5 business days.
STEP NO. 4: EDITS + APPROVAL
At this point, you have your estimated total, as well as your colors and design picked out. You'll receive your entire suite as an emailed proof. You are responsible for checking the layout, colors, and all text, so please check and re-check names and dates! Your total price includes two rounds of edits to perfect your design, additional revisions require an extra $40 per round. Once your final approval is given, Carly Reed Designs is not responsible for any errors, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation. With final approval, final payment is also required before print production will begin.
STEP NO. 5: PRINTING + DELIVERY
Production and assembly can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for printing, packaging, and shipping. As long as you've approved and paid by the agreed deadline, you'll receive your order in time. All orders will be shipped via USPS and will include a tracking number.
