SAMPLES

Samples include a 5 x 7 Invitation, reply card, color options chart and our hand-selected paper samples. The cost is $5.50 and can be purchased through the shop. Sample costs are credited towards your total if you place an order. Samples come highly recommended so you can get a visual idea of the colors and paper options. 

PAYMENT

Carly Reed Designs accepts credit cards (paid through Honeybook) and checks. There is a 7 day waiting period on any personal checks. 

SALES TAX

A sales tax rate of 5% is applied to all orders shipped within Virginia as required by law. 

SHIPPING

Shipping for your total order is based on the quantity of the order and shipping location. This will be calculated for your final invoice. Orders requiring shipping will be shipped via USPS and will include a tracking number. 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Your order can be canceled before final approval and payment is made. Once an order is in print production, there are no cancellations or returns. Any custom design deposits made are non-refundable. In the event of an error post-approval, Carly Reed Designs is not responsible for refunds, reprinting or shipping. Carly Reed Designs is not responsible for spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors. Please check and re-check!
